BRIGHTON, Mich. - Memorial Day Weekend is JUST around the corner, which means summer is just around the corner right? We think so! The exciting thing is there is so much to do around town this weekend! Here is a small list of fun things to do in Metro Detroit this weekend! Higher temperatures are expected to return just in time for the weekend, so be safe and have fun!

1. Catch a Tigers game! The boys of summer are busy chasing their fifth consecutive Central Division Championship, and that chase brings the first-place Houston Astros to Motown for a four game series that begins Thursday, May 22nd and goes until Sunday, May 24th at Comerica Park. There are still tickets available for all four games, with fireworks scheduled post game for  Friday, May 22nd. Cheer on Miguel Cabrera, David Price and the rest of your Tigers at the beautiful Comerica Park. www.detroittigers.com

Lee and the assignation of Abraham Lincoln, both in April of 1865. The event goes on from May 23rd to May 25th, for further details visit thehenryford.org or call 800-835-5237.
