BRIGHTON, Mich. – The Ford Taurus is Ford's flagship that offers full-size car interior dimensions, luxury car interior quietness, a top safety rating as well as advanced technology, to give it's owners confidence on the road.

The front-wheel or all-wheel drive Taurus is powered by a 290-hp 3.5-liter direct injection V6 engine and six-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift manual gear control. A 237-hp 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbo four-cylinder engine is optional on front-wheel drive models as well. The high performance SHO is powered by a twin-turbo version of the 3.5-liter V6, it produces 365-hp and channels that through standard all-wheel drive and a paddle-shifted six-speed automatic transmission. Standard safety features include electronic stability and traction control, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, six airbags, ignition disable and post-crash SOS alert. There are many kinds of technology features available such as Cross Traffic Alert, Collision Warning, active park assistance, MyKey parental features, SYNC, capless refueling, touch-pad keyless entry, adaptive cruise control, blind spot detection, rain-sensing wipers and intelligent keyless entry.

For 2013, the Taurus gets a mid-life freshening, adding a 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine, as well as an updated and more powerful V6. On the outside, new front and rear fascias, headlights, LED taillights, exhaust and wheels give the Taurus an enhanced look.

BRIGHTON, Mich. – The Ford Mustang may be retro inspired, but it remains one of the most widely recognized, respected, and desired nameplates in the automobile business. Today's Mustang still delivers the bold styling, rear-drive performance and affordability that have been Mustang hallmarks for decades.

The Mustang is available either as a coupe or convertible. Each is available with a 305-hp 3.7-liter V6 or a 420-hp 5.0-liter V8 engine. A six-speed manual transmission is standard; a six-speed automatic is optional. A 302 Boss coupe with a 444-hp 5.0-liter V8 and six-speed manual transmission is also available. Standard safety features include electronic stability control, traction control, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, side-impact airbags and sequential LED sequential tail lamps. The Mustang can be equipped with alloy wheels, automatic headlights, heated power leather seats, satellite radio, navigation system and more.

The Mustang has been refreshed for 2013. Automatic HID headlights and a leather wrapped steering with audio controls are now standard on all Mustangs. The GT 5.0-liter now produces 420-hp (up from 412). Manual transmissions receive hill-start assist, and automatic transmissions receive a SelectShift function.

BRIGHTON, Mich. – The Ford Explorer has long been one of the best-selling SUVs in the market. A capable tow vehicle and off-roader, it also offers the generous interior space, comfort features and safety technologies necessary for day-to-day tasks.

The 7-passenger Explorer is available in both front- and four-wheel drive configurations, with a choice of four trim levels: Base, XLT, Limited and Sport. A 290-hp 3.5-liter Ti-VCT V6 engine and six-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift manual mode are standard on all trims. The 4x4 models get a user-friendly terrain management system, while an efficient 237-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged Ecoboost four-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection is available for FWD models. Explorer Base trims are well-equipped with 17-inch wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, MP3 capability and MyFord driver connect technology; XLT trims add 18-inch aluminum wheels, fog lamps and a reverse sensing system, along with a USB port, satellite radio and the SYNC communications and entertainment system. Limited trims are further outfitted with 20-inch aluminum wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, leather upholstery, HD radio, Intelligent Access with push-button start and a rearview camera. Standard safety features on every Explorer include AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control and Curve Control function, traction control, anti-lock disc brakes and a tire pressure monitor, as well as Ford's MyKey owner control feature and six airbags. Industry-first second-row inflatable seatbelts are available on XLT and Limited models, packaged with a Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) with cross-traffic alert; additional options include Active Park Assist and adaptive cruise control with collision warning.

The Ford Explorer carries over with minimal changes for 2013. A front passenger knee airbag is now standard on all models, while XLT trims get a six-way power front passenger seat. Additionally, Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keep Assist are offered on the Limited trim for this model year, and the available high-intensity discharge (HID) headlamps now include automatic high beam control. The big news for 2013 is the addition of the high performance Sport trim with a 350-hp twin-turbo V6, sport suspension, 20-inch wheels and unique sport trim inside and out.

Overview of the 2013 Ford Edge

The Ford Edge is a five-passenger crossover sport utility that answers the call for a roomy vehicle with utility and style. It isn't a truck. Nor is it a minivan. Yet it's more than a car.

The front-, or all-wheel drive Edge is powered by a 285-hp 3.5-liter V6 engine, while the Edge Sport adds a 305-hp 3.7-liter Ti-VCT V6; both engines use a six-speed automatic transmission, the Sport adds steering wheel shift paddles. Available on the front-wheel drive SE, SEL and Limited trims is a 237-hp 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine which boasts enhanced fuel economy. Standard safety features on all models include six airbags, four wheel anti-lock brakes, AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control, auto-locking power locks, an occupant classification system and a tire-pressure monitoring system. Optional safety equipment includes adaptive cruise control, collision warning, blind spot detection, rear-view camera and rain sensing wipers. MyFord driver connect technology manages all the information the driver needs, with minimal distraction to actually driving.

For 2013, the SE is now available in all-wheel drive, and four new paint colors have been added.

2012 Ford Mustang - 'Horsing' Around Brighton, MI

BRIGHTON, Mich. April 27, 2012 - We took the 2012 Ford Mustang out for a review drive around Brighton, MI. This 2012 Mustang featured a 305 HP 3.7L V6 Engine capable of 280 ft.-lbs. of torque - plenty of power for the pony car.  We popped the hood and turned the engine on so we can hear it give out a nice roar. The handling on the Mustang was exceptionally smooth. Every time we took a turn we envisioned ourselves at the Michigan International Speedway in front of a sold out crowd, but we had never even came close to breaking the speed limit.

 The interior was everything you'd want in your Mustang, very comfortable driver and passenger bucket seats with a leather bench seat in the rear. The in dash CD player with SYNC allowed us to access our music without taking our hands off the wheel and keeping our focus on the road. SIRIUS radio also provided us with endless listening possibilities, again, all accessible through SYNC. We undid the latches and dropped the top to show off the classic convertible look of the 2012 Ford Mustang.
